A guest collecting a bagged pickup order

Front Door module

Take orders directly. Keep the guest — and the margin.

Pickup and dine-in orders on your own site, checked against your hours and priced on the server — with every guest landing in your records, not a marketplace’s.

Where the orders are — and what they cost you

of restaurant traffic now happens off-premises — takeout, drive-thru and delivery.

How it works

How it works

  1. Guests browse your live menu

Photos, options and add-ons — sold-out items greyed, specials priced for the time of day.
  2. They choose pickup or dine-in, and a time

Slots are checked against your hours and preorder rules.
  3. They pay their way

Guest or member checkout, saved cards, tips and promo codes. Totals and tax are recalculated on the server.
  4. Your team sees it; the guest gets a receipt

The order lands on the staff board. The receipt shows pickup details and points earned.

Questions

What owners ask us

Do I have to leave the delivery apps?
No. Many restaurants keep the apps for discovery and move their regulars to ordering direct, where they keep the guest and the margin.
How do guests pay?
By card through Square, with saved cards and tips. Members can use their discounts and coupons at checkout.
Can guests order ahead for later in the week?
Yes. Weekly preorders give members a discount before the cutoff, with a countdown.
Can you deliver our own orders?
Yes — courier delivery through DoorDash Drive, on orders that come through your own site.
What happens when we run out of something?
Mark it sold out once — on the staff board or the menu — and ordering stops selling it, along with your website and your boards.
